Dual boot script

I have a computer with Windows 7 and Windows 10TP in a dual boot environment. All is well.
I am looking for a method or batch script that will allow the user to switch between Win7 and Win10 installations automatically, without having to select the desired OS from the standard boot menu. Normally, you can just reboot the system and choose the OS, but if you miss the boot menu screen for whatever reason, the system will automatically boot into the default OS. Although this behaviour is by design, it may not always be an optimal behaviour. Also, the obvious response of "Extend the duration of the boot menu" is not in any way an acceptable response to this request. I need to know specifically if there is a way to double click a batch script on the desktop and have it boot directly into the other OS. If it can bypass the boot menu altogether during the process, that is even better. I would prefer if the script does NOT alter the default OS setting to acheive this goal (i.e. script alters the default to OS#2 to allow the default boot in that OS)
