Error Winspool.drv

Hi guys,


So recently I just got this winspool.drv error message everytime I opened my computer and tried to open my games. Also, my windows appeared to be no 3D graphic anymore.


Btw, this is the machine I'm using. Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1, Inter(R) Core (TM) i7-2670QM CPU @2.20GHz, RAM 8.00GB, 64-bit Operating System in ASUS G74S


I followed a post http://forums.techguy.org/virus-othe...ool-drv-6.html and looks like I had the same issue with this guy.


I'm not sure whether I can follow the solution to his problem that's why I posted this. anyways, here below are the requested information (Page 6) by one of the goodguy responder.
