Slow PC - Windows 7

Hi,

My computer has been running REALLY slow ever since i turned it on yesterday morning. It was fine the night before. All processes seem to take a few minutes. I have run an antivirus scan with Panda Cloud and still no change.

I'm not very tech savy so any advice would be great.
