Solved: Removing boot option

I was using Wubi ( an ubuntu installer for windows) for a while and wanted to uninstall it so i did, but the ubuntu option is still showing on the boot menu making me have to select windows every time i boot up.
Tried msconfig>boot but it doesnt show up there, does anyone know how i am able to delete it as an option.
