My friend has been getting stuck on a Windows error message. The screen freezes and she is not able to close anything. She has to hold down the power button to shut off the computer. Here's the thing though - my friend is blind. When I look at her screen I don't see anything - no dialog box or pop-up, or message of any kind. But, her screen reader says: "Program Manager not available." I also can't click anything.
We can't figure out what is going on. There is nothing in the Event log. She is on Windows 7 Pro, and the problem seems to happen when she's using MS Outlook 2007 and sometimes Word. Mozy Backup Home is also running. This happens several times a day and is a big problem. Appreciate any help!
