Problem with games after format

Hi guys

So Ive formatted my PC (everything was 100% fine before)

and after format I can browse the internet, my steam runs fine, I could download and install my games and so on.

But when I go into any application (I tested dota2, puush, teamspeak) it behaves kinda like theres no internet connection. I have no firewall or antivirus yet. Windows firewall is also turned off because I thought it was blocking it but it is not the case.

I really dont know what to do, please help
