Unwanted time change

It happened again. Today I noticed that my system time had incremented by one hour. I believe it must have happened overnight since I did not notice the change yesterday.

I remember this change had occurred several weeks ago for no apparent reason. The time zone (Atlantic) was not changed. I am at a loss as to what triggered these changes.

Anyone have a suggestion?
