how to make .bat file with time delay

Hi
i have made a .bat file to in an attempt to make teamviewer start 2 min's after startup but instead of waiting 2 min's it starts straight away

the .bat looks like this:-

TeamViewer.exe
/t 120

the bat file is next to the teamviewer.exe file and i made a shortcut from the .bat and put that in the windows startup folder
