Windows will not boot

Hi all,

I have Win7 Ultimate and cannot boot windows at all. There was a bad lightning storm that knocked out power for a minute and it has not worked since. I can't get into safe mode and have tried several times to do a Startup Repair. I have tried running the windows dvd to repair and still no luck. It does keep telling me that the computer has been successfully restored to an earler point and to restart but it always hangs at the Windows logo. On the Startup Repair, here are the errors I am receiving:

Problem Signature 01: 6.1.7600.16385
Problem Signature 02: 6.1.7600.16385
Problem Signature 03: unknown
Problem Signature 04: 21199738
Problem Signature 05: AutoFailover
Problem Signature 06: 7
Problem Signature 07: NoRootCause

I have been researching these but they all seem to be associated with bad drivers which doesnt seem to be the case here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
