please help me with lost files

hello everyone, thank you for reading this, let me tell you everything from the very early beginning

,yesterday, my c drive had only 1 gb left in its space, so i want to repartitute the pc all over again,

i used the computer managment and copied the folders in my d drive to my h and then i deleted the d volume

, while copying the folders, the windows told me that there were some files that i couldnt transfer, idk why though, so after i was done from the partitution of the drives i recreated the d volume and retransfered the d folders back into the d drive

after i was done i wanted to switch to my second windows, by the way i have 2 , one of them which i was using in this process was the win 7 64 bit, my second one is a win 7 32 bit

so i restarted my pc only to see that my pc immediately transfered me to the win 7 64 bit immediately without showing me the choosing windows menu at all, it just skipped it

i tried to recover the d drive but the windows backup refused to turn it on saying a folder name or a syntax name is wrong or something like that

i also tried alot of recovering softwares which didnt work aswell

so i have 2 questions if you dont mind

1.i found a software called EaseUS data recovery wizard, and i used it just like the other softwares but this one is different, it could find more folders in total in my d than the folders that already exists in the D, by all means, it did find folders that nolonger exist, so my question is, should i delete all of the folders in the d drive and choose to recover them all over? im only doing this because i dont have enough space in my d drive

2.what should i do to solve this problem?
