Hi, I have an IBM think pad t43. Windows7ultimate. I have internet access, but no network connection. Missing ipv4 & ipv6.have totally messed up my computer, is there someone who can check my laptop remotely? The only way to explain it is,"it's like a car wreck and I just couldn't help looking through the window. I knew I didn't belong there but I still clicked the button, in hopes that it was the answer to my problem. Now I have windows popping up all the time and I still can't get online. Over a month of this. I also can't start my wizards or trouble shooters any more. If someone can connect remotely I would appreciate it immensely,and it would be a challenge believe that. Tired and frustrated let me know if I am waisting my time.
