First off I need to say I am not tech savvy at all so I need very easy to understand directions.
my laptop is windows 7. I had aol as my isp when I first set it up. I since went to my cable provider and then later cancelled my aol address. I have tried to use windows live mail and I get an error saying the server cancelled. I then renewed my aol address because I did not realize they worked together. Now it still doesn`t work. I try to email a picture and it keeps giving me error messages. The code it gives is 800ccc0f I have a feeling it got messed up when I cancelled and then uninstalled aol. I am guessing now that I reinstalled aol and my old email it doesn`t associate itself with windows live mail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am not tech savvy as I said so I don`t know iof you can help me or not.
