Safely removing junk files....

In the past I have come to this site and received excellent and understandable information to help me function more knowledgeably with my computer. I'm here again for more answers. Before you refer me to other threads which discuss this same issue I should tell you that I have read many of them, downloaded the suggested cleaners and found myself confused by what the scans yielded. In short, I don't know how to determine which "junk" files can be safely removed.

By way of example, I downloaded CCleaner and deleted the junk files suggested and found my computer so vastly changed that I removed the product. Thank goodness for system restore.

I use a utility called Wise Care 365 Pro to clean my computer, but never my register. That utility states that I have 4.2GB of trash files. If I do, I don't know where to find them and wouldn't know which to delete and which to keep. That's my dilemma. I'm looking for a no-brainer utility to safely remove junk file. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide me.

What follows is a copy of the log produced after downloading your utility:
