Somethings sucking all my resources.

Something is constantly using 80 to 90% sometimes 100% of my system resources. Of course the system is slow and almost unusable for some things. If I go to Task Manager and look to see what is doing this nothing shows up, everything running is using single digit resources or zero. I have stopped everything in startup from running on boot.

Any ideas on how to find what is doing this?
