Antivirus: None Hi all. Haven't posted in a while but I'm finally beat. This machine is confounding me. I use Speccy in the sys tray to keep an eye on MB temp. When mb temp gets in the 89c range I abort whatever i'm doing. CPU gauge seems to run around 60% just streaming I heart radio or something. Someone upgraded this PC from Vista to Windows 7 Pro. Setting it up for my sister but discovered overheat problem when I tried to watch video. Ran out of ideas so I just doubled the RAM to 4GB, the max. Problem seems to have gotten worse. Please ignore no anti-virus for now. Am I overclocking or something. Problem happens mostly when watching videos. CPU is pinned at nearly 100%.I have read alot about this error 41 problem. Is it the graphics card? At wits end. Don't want to damage CPU. No, haven't cleaned out fan or reapplied thermal compound yet.Don't think that's it. Fan working fine. Would appreciate any suggestions............ PS there is a missing driver....ACPI\TOS1901 seems to be the Toshiba Password Supervisor something. Which is installed.
