Loud fan and CPU fluctuate from 10% till 100%

Hey everyone,

I'm new here and still a rookie when it comes to computers. Recently, like 2 weeks ago my fan is making loudly noises than it usually does (there was also an ActiveX error message but I couldn't find any relation to my problem). The loud noises are made by the fan of the processor Radeon HD 7770. It usually does his performance in silence but now its making noise and the CPU is fluctuating whole the time even when I have no games, web browsers or music running.

I have searched on many forums, asked friends and tried to solve it myself before posting a question here. I have cleaned my fan from the inside and out from dust, I did a malwarebyte scan to check if it's not an annoying virus and checked my running programs but there wasn't any program who had a high CPU usage. During 'safe mode' my pc does work fine, there's no loud fan noise and the CPU is stable. So actually during ‘safe mode’ all the symptoms mentioned above disappear.

I hope you guys are able to help me out.. since I got no clue.
I don't know what you all need so I did a HiJackThis scan and posted the results underneath. I also attached an Uninstall file to this post when needed.
