Hi,
I've been having a problem with my laptop for a little while. Basically what happens is that whenever my Laptop goes idle it slows down a lot when I turn it back on; programs become totally unresponsive and the only way to get it working again is to manually turn it off and then back on again, meaning each time I step away from the computer I risk loosing unsaved work.
Here's my information. I don't know why it doesn't acknowledge Kaspersky.
I did one AdwCleaner.
And then, once that was deleted...
I don't know whether this is a hardware problem or a software problem (as I've said in the past, I'm really not very tech savvy) but obviously it's a problem that really needs to be looked at. Is there something I can do, or would you suggest I send it to a technician?
