Task Scheduler Not Running

I had several simple tasks defined in Task Scheduler. I looked at it just now and found it blank, no tasks scheduled. I attempted to add a task and got a "Snap-in Unavailable" error. There was no way to copy and paste all of the information it displayed so I did a screen shot below.

Anyone have an idea how to fix this?
