Host process for windows services error

So the other day my computer was having issues booting. I have had one 1tb drive in it for a while. I started up the PC and it ran the bios and after that, it restarted. It continued to do that. So assuming that it wasn't going to boot, I went and put in my other hard drive I had laying around that I knew had an OS installed on it. Once I put that one in, I was able to boot off the first drive. It brought me to the menu after the bios to choose which one to boot off of, so I chose the first one, since I wanted to boot off of that one.

The first error I noticed was it told me my copy of windows was not genuine, and on that drive it was. However on the second drive I added to get it worked, it isn't, so that's not a big deal.

I was able to login and everything and all my files were there, except for the fact that I regularly get spammed with this message.
It will open 3-4 times in 1 second and then I close them all, and they'll come back like 5 minutes later and spam me with more. I don't know what caused that but I feel like it might be the same error that caused the hard drive to not independently boot.

This is what it shows if you click "View Problem Details" every single time
