Error System restore 0xc0000022

My computer doesn't work correctly so I tried to use the system restore to go back to last week but there's an error every time. Try running System Restore in Safe Mode.and Run SFC /SCANNOW from an elevated Command Prompt--IOW as Administrator.3) Run rstrui.exe from a Command prompt. But It didn’t work Next I used the repair disk from the win 7 to try system restore earlier but I have the situation error System restore 0xc0000022
Can anybody help me please?
