hello i have a hp 2000 note book pc..... i had to recover windows 7 due to the wife bumped it and it locked up . i used a windows 7 recovery tool that i put on a usb drive and redid it that way ... now it goes up to the setting up for first time use part then when i get to the log in section it wont accept any of the old user names and passwords... i tried a DaossoftProfessional Password Recovery/Rescuer Software, Data Recovery/Rescuer Software and it shows me the admin and one guest user is locked and password unknown.... so i still cant get it to log in to finish the initial set up process..... can i get help on this issue please?
