So i did a complete installation of the newest catalyst beta 2 (13.6) and when i open the configure switchable graphics from right click menu all i get is an amd home page

This is exactly what i can see.
It did work on the past versions although on some version it did not (even the final ones)
I already tried uninstalling completely and installing them again, i also tried to install my default drivers from acer and that on top of it. Yet it still did that. Please don't tell me to uninstall the drivers and do a clean install because i did it like 15 times now. It's not worth my time.
Also, i have this weird glitch on my windows 7 logon ui that makes the spinning circle static (i mean it won't move at all after it reaches the "Shutting down" text or when it's on "Welcome". I tried sfc /scannow disk check and all that yet it didn't help.
