My issue is as per the thread title. I boot up the laptop, it boots up within 20s or so, I can use windows no problems whatsoever for first 5 minutes at which point everything starts to run excruciatingly slowly to the point of being non functional. I thought this might be an issue with my windows installation but i re-formatted and re-installed Windows and the issue persists. I then thought i might be a RAM capacity issue running win 64bit with only 2GB of RAM but I upgraded to 8GB and the problem persists.
The laptop runs absolutely fine in safe mode.
Any help that could be provided is greatly appreciated.
