BSOD Problems W/ DM Log report

Been have some issues lately. Just don't seem to know what's going on. Try to clean my system of malware using super antispyware, malware bytes, and on reboot I get a BSOD. Have to reboot (reset) several times to get windows to load. Did a scan with Micro Trend for viruses and came back clean. Can't do any windows updates either. On reboot, BSOD as well. Posted a HJT log if it could be of help. Thanks
