Windows update offering SP1 to two machines that already have it

I have two machines that are running Windows 7 Home Premium, and both machines are already running SP1. Nevertheless, both machines were offered SP1 as an "important" update in the release this Tuesday. The KB number associated with the update is KB976932, and the Date Published is given as 8/12/2014. The "More Information" link just opens a Microsoft page that describes the scope of the service pack, but gives no indication that it has been recently changed.

So, what to make of this? Has the Microsoft updater somehow lost track of the fact that SP1 has already been installed? Is there any reason to believe that it needs to be reinstalled or somehow updated?

So far, I have not allowed anything in this update batch to be installed.
