On my iPhone and iPad, there's a place to turn Bluetooth functionality on or off. On my Windows 7 64-bit laptop (Samsung), I don't seem to find this. There is a place to ascertain when a device is found, and there is a link for adding devices. I'm having Bluetooth linking problems.
I'm in communication with a company that sells small Bluetooth controlling devices for various things and can program them for controlling my laptop with teleprompter software. I've received instructions to "turn off" my Bluetooth, but I don't know if I can do that on this laptop--can't seem to find such ability.
Can you enlighten me?
