My Win 7 Acer Aspire 5534 laptop is suddenly acting weird, freezing up often and rebooting itself, and I've seen this screen upon reboot.
Recent history: The laptop got knocked off a table, onto hardwood floor.....impact was enough to knock keyboard loose.....space bar not working so well now.:( I managed to fit keyboard back in place a bit, but not totally, and removing this one does not seem so easy.(clips at top of keyboard).
Laptop seemingly worked fine, afterward, beyond keyboard. However, two days ago, while playing game, game crashed, and laptop acting oddly ever since, with these errors. That game will no long fully load. An Open Office doc I try to load freezes.
I read other posts and did see where jolt can cause connection issues? Could it be this, or hard drive failure?
Trying to upload minidumps, as well. Chk Disk ran last night, and took hours....hung up at 3% with many bad sectors.
More info: Never have been able to do a System Restore with this laptop. Never were any restore points.....tried in vain, a few years ago, to figure that out. If that matters.
Edit: I should add, Windows does load back up and Firefox works pretty well, so far. So, that helps!
Edit again: Crap....messed up title of thread.....should have been Kernel Data Inpage
