My printer stopped working after 6 months problem free. I tested system and found teredo tunnel pseudo interface not working in device manager.The printer troubleshooter showed nothing.
I used the steps under other answers to solving teredo problem which involved unloading the driver, setting the teredo client and rechecking device manager showed no error . The interface does not show up now but it looks like this is not a problem as it is a transitional technology and if printing works no-one is usually bothered.
However my printer still does not work, I cannot get a test page to print.
Windows trouble shooters show no problem with network or printer. Printer is connected using USB lead - as has worked allright for 6 months. I am therefore baffled as what to do next. I am thinking to uninstall and reinstate printer driver but am not sure if that will help.
I would be grateful for help as I'm not technical and need to get things working urgently.
