Two weird svchost.exe using a lot of memory?

Hey guys, I have an issue with two svchost.exe's going crazy, reaching up too 3 million k in the working set column which makes my laptop really slow and heat up. I call them weird because they the are only svchost.exe's with no services at all, both their command lines are just "svchost.exe" unlike the rest, and their Parent IDs are another svchost.exe.

This started a few days ago with only one svchost.exe. First I tried killing the process but it would just come right back. Then I would just suspend it right after start-up, and this worked for a bit until the avp.exe for Kaspersky Anti-Virus (2013) started going nuts as well, using 40+ CPU consistently while doing nothing. And now there is a second svchost.exe and when I suspend them, avp.exe starts its high CPU usage.

I've ran scans with Microsoft Security Essentials and Kaspersky and removed all detected items, but nothing has changed. Anyone know what to do?
