New 'used' card not working right with windos 7 ult. 64 bit,

motherboard acerock model# A770DE+
vid card:ATI AMD RADEON 7570 HD DDR2 1Gb graphics card
OS: windows 7 64-bit ultimate edition
RAM: 3 Gb



The drivers won't install/get used and I'm getting the standard card drivers with the windows 7 OS.
it's using "standard vga driver" and making it soi can't even play minecraft.
can someone please help?
