E-Mail settings

I'm running Windows 7, and have Windows Live Mail installed. I really don't like Windows Live Mail, so I use Outlook Express under XP Mode. It works ok most of the time, but sometimes when I try to send an e-mail from a on-line site "form" that will send an e-mail to a company, the e-mail defaults to Windows Live Mail.


Is there a way to force the e-mail to use Outlook Express instead of defaulting to Windows Live Mail?
