Solved: Blue Screen and Freeze issues

So I recently purchased this laptop from Aarons Rent a center. Wasn't having any issues until recently. I have been freezing up and getting kicked off and goes to blue screen. Today IE froze and gave me this report back with these issues. listed below I use to come to this site many years ago and have always liked the help I got. So I am back .. There was a few programs a support person had me run as well spy bot and ad aware I think But I am not sure So I haven't tried them.
