Programs not responding.

When I try and launch programs like Skype, steam games, etc they simply don't open. Then after a long time of waiting they open up but then are not responding. Also while those programs are not responding the rest of the computer starts going slow and unresponsive. This just randomly started on Sunday when I was playing a game. I have tried countless things to fix this since it started. Every time I reboot my computer an error message shows up saying that cabarc.exe has stopped working. I am not sure if this is related but for at least 3 months now my keyboard will sometimes randomly turn off, then I have to wait for it to go back on. Another problem I have been having is where my screen would randomly go black then after it would say "Display driver has stopped working and has successfully recovered." Not sure if this is important but a while ago I got speedial but I removed it. However now every time I do a scan on my computer with malwarebytes it comes up with this.
