Error 7000 Service Control Manager

Hi all , im new here.
I have this error Error 7000 Service Control Manager in my Event viewer.

The NEWDRIVER service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

I have searched about this error and i discovered that NEWDRIVER service can be found here :RegistryKey : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\NEWDRIVER
Image Path : C:\windows\system32\WinVDEdrv6.sys

I have found that winvdedrv6.sys belongs to NewSoftwares.net Inc. SDN. BHD (authors of folder lock software ).
I mention that i deleted the registry key but i made a backup just in case i did something wrong.
After i deleted the key i got no more errors in windows event viewer.
My question is ,if its safe to delete the registry key ?
