Can you guys help me with this strange problem? I searched and searched for a solution and nothing works to fix it. Some of my shortcuts on my desktop give me a security warning. (Figure #1)

This was after moving it from its default location on the C drive. I also get this error in which I dont even know how to describe. (Figure #2) It happens when I open "My Documents folder from the desktop or throw anything into the recycle bin.

I have Windows 7 Pro SP1 64bit. This is a recent install because I put in a new SSD.
