Multiple Monitors with Remote Access Software

I have a client that has a desktop with 3 monitors and he wishes to remote to that computer from another computer that also has 3 monitors, and have them be the same.

So what I'm looking for is a remote access program that can view the remote 3 monitors onto the local 3 monitors, the same way.

I've looked at the usuals, such as TeamViewer, LogMeIn, RealVNC (And TightVNC as well as UltraVNC). I've heard that the new Microsoft Remote Desktop program (Windows 7 Ultimate or Enterprise only) supports this feature, but we are on Windows 7 Professional. We may upgrade to Ultimate as a last resort, and if it actually works.

Any suggestions?
