MSConfig Stops working every time I use it

I think it all started when I tried to install TopoUSA V 4 to my computer. After that, when I go to MSConfig, I find that it is in "selective startup" mode. I have been able to manually start all services and startup items, but when I click on "normal startup" I get the message that "MSConfig has stopped workintg"

I'm able to start my computer just fine and it's working as I expect, but MSConfig is broken.
