WIFI Driver problems

Hi all I just bought this 10" Laptop from a student that hardly used it. I am having problems with the wifi. It is an MSI Laptop with Windows starter 32 bit on it.

Here is what the error code says, " Device Driver software was not successfully installed. Please consult with your device Manufacturer for assisting getting this device installed.
Atheros AR9Adaptor #3 failed.

Can anyone help me with this I do have the drivers cd.
