I attempted to use windows backup to create a system image backup. It returned a message to say it failed because 'there is not enough disc space to create the volume shadow copy on the storage location. Insufficient storage available to create either the shadow copy storage file or other shadow copy data.' The total on my computer drive is 153GB, space available on my external drive is 462.32GB. I know my maths is average but it seems to me that I have ample space available. Can anyone help with a suggestion of what may be wrong please?
