C:\\Windows\regedit.exe error?

This error sometimes occurs when I try to install things. The issue I am having at the moment is when I try to install drivers for my graphics tablet.

I can run regedit.exe as admin, but I have no idea what to do when I get there.
I am using windows 7. Help would be great, thanks.
