windows7 NT

I’ve been getting a message box lately when I boot up-- about Windows NT:

I read the reply by Mark1956 on 20 Feb 2014 that it’s tied in with Garmin.
I’m wondering if there is any harm to click “yes” in the message box
I’m using windows 7 64-bit
