Toshiba HDD Recovery

There seemed to be no better place to post this thread, so...

I own a Toshiba Satellite c660 running a 64bit Windows 7. I wish to restore my laptop to factory settings, but I've already formatted my (D;) Drive where the HDD Recovery folder is located. Without it, it seems I'm unable to restore my laptop without ordering the €35.00 recovery disc from the Toshiba website. But I'm not willing to spend that money, quite frankly, and I need to recover this laptop by the 5th of June ideally. Is there any way to download the HDD Recover file [I've been told this is impossible? Why?] or reset my laptop in a different way? If not, isn't that a little short-sighted on their part?

I want to make it clear; there's absolutely nothing wrong with my laptop. I'm restoring it to factory settings for personal reasons only, not due to an error or virus.

If anyone could help me out with this, I'd be real grateful. Thanks in advance!
