My brother recently purchased a Windows 7 laptop from dell & yesterday i helped him set everything up & today when he turned it on a blue screen error message came up when he started typing his password but it only stayed on for 30 seconds because it automatically rebooted & fixed itself. The same thing happened later that day when he turned it on again. A pop up message saying their was an error displayed when he logged in & it displayed the information below. Since this is a new computer this shouldn't be happening so please help us make this error message go away.

Update 4/25/2014: My brother thinks the problem may be caused by his windows password since the blue screen error only came up when he started typing in the password so he deleted his password hoping that solves the problem & so far no blue screen error message. I'll keep an eye on it over the weekend & will report back on monday at the latest.
