Hi I have the above 3 devices, when plugged into ANY of my USB ports front or the ones in the back, do NOT work.
Yesterday my iPhone 3GS (used as iPod) was plugged in and it worked. After I finished transferring the songs I wanted, to my PC, I plugged in iPod 4 to my PC using the same cable and the same USB port..... Nothing! Moving the USB cable to other ports again nothing. I uninstalled the USB drivers from Dev Manager and restarted my PC. Then it seemed to recognize the devices, only to go off and on, never keeping a steady connection. My Android Motorola Droid Razr HD LTE, isn't being recognized either.
I have tried differing ports, different cables. I tried the same devices on my Laptop. Yes they work just fine. I have also tried a USB Flash drive in the same ports, nothing. Seems the only ones that are working are my Mouse, Keyboard and Printer all the other USB ports - seem to either Dead or having the weekend off! This has been going on for months like this.
Any ideas as to what's happening with my PC?
