Every few minutes my computer will start lagging intensely. Observing in the resource monitor, all the CPU is being used by various instances of svchost (netsvcs and NetworkService being the biggest culprits)
I've run AVG, malwarebytes, Rkill, tdsskiller.
I set teredo to enterpriseclient.
I tried a system restore (which just made me hate microsoft because it didn't work and then it deleted all my other system restore points)
I've tried other things half of which I can't remember. Though I have become acutely aware of how much I dislike windows. How hard is it to end a process? I'm no programmer but really now...
