Windows 7 Install

Hi everyone,

I just bought a Dell Optiplex 755 that has Win-XP SP3 running. As I will need to upgrade to Win7, I ran Microsoft's Win7 Upgrade Assistant to check for compatibility. It reported these gaps.
My questions are
1) What is the Intel(R) Management Engine Interface? Do I need it for home use?
2) If do nothing, would it prevent me from upgrading to Win7? I am planning to get the Win7 Professional SP1 Sys Builder (OEM).
