i have a HP all in one HP TouchSmart 610-1150xt.
the help and support program opens but gives a "not responding" any way you open it. from F1, From the menu or from HP Assistant. this has been going on a very long time. In fact a lot of the Windows programs open then give 'Not responding" message. I can no longer run I/E because it does "not respond" I have not used it in so long, I don't really care anymore. It quit doing back ups at some point also. It acts as if it is backing up but just before it should get done it errors out. Last night was the first time I ever got a error code. It was 0x8078012D.
My main concern is the Help and Support Program. I love it, I could just type in what I needed and it had all kinds of instructions and different things you coud do to solve your problem.
I didn't want to list so many things, but I thought maybe they are all conected. I read about quite a few people have some of the same problems, but I didn't find many that were solved. :eek:
