This is my 1st time posting a question on any kind of forums or whatever so yeah. Okay about a month ago I tried installing Ubuntu on my Acer laptop. My laptop already had Windows 7 Home on it. When I was installing Ubuntu I was being stupid and accidentally deleted the partition with Windows 7 on it. I lost literally everything except Ubuntu. I spent a few days trying to get Windows 7 back which failed. So now I have Windows 7 on here from a torrent and it's not genuine because I have no code for it. I have no freaking clue what to do now. This Windows 7 is terrible. I've had to install more updates for this stupid Windows 7 torrent than I've ever had before. Half the time it fails to install the updates and it takes hours to install them. Also every time I plug my iPod into my laptop now everything gets erased and it says I need to do a system restore and I do a system restore and it goes straight to system recovery, but it says the iPod needs to be restored even though it is already restored. So that is pissing me off to the max. And on the verge of throwing my laptop at the wall. What should I do? Install XP or Vista, buy a new laptop or what?
