Sorry I can't give you system download...I have just been given a desktop computer as my laptop hard drive packed in as predicted by you guys ( thank for your help on that matter) anyway this computer refuses to connect to internet I plugged in the Ethernet cable started it up then the first thing I got was to download updates which I did I think it was sp1 the computer had not been used for 3 years or so anyway all it wants me to do is restart I don't know if its a connection problem or what my router is fine the computer was with BT broadband I am with Plusnet don't know why this would help the external hard drive says windows vista...sorry I am not computer literate please can you help
