HDMI issue on intel hd3000/hd4000 laptops

all laptops with hd3000 or hd4000 having hdmi problems one day.

hdmi is not working on windows completly or not working on some tvs..

But in other OS is fine.


this is an hardware failure which is a broken side of hdmi chip and there is no solution to fix it.

making hdmi working,it is possible:

solution that you have to repeat everytime everyboot every hdmi connection:

To enable hdmi you must disable hd3000 from device manager and enable it again.
in windows 7 after disabling there is a black screen so you cant enable it again Image may be NSFW.

in windows 8.1 you can do that.

or

you can use devcon.exe in both of windows 7/8.Download 64bit version from microsoft.

but you must use compatible one. if you are using windows 7-8 you must have new one which is in a very huge package windows wdk stuff so i uploaded it here.Copy devcon.exe to your windows directory.


create a txt file and rename it with extension blabla.bat

you can learn your hd3000 adres from device manager.This bat file sometimes works very slow wait a few minutes and dont forget run as admin.During this procces keep your monitor connected.
